Sanitizer dispensers that people actually use
A dispenser placed where people pause, at the entrance, reception or the door of a meeting room, is used far more than a bottle left in a drawer. We supply dispensers with refill sanitizer and help you decide how many you need and where they go.
At a glance
- Manual push dispensers are cheap, need no batteries and suit most offices and shops.
- Touch-free sensor dispensers avoid shared contact and suit clinics and busy entrances.
- Refillable dispensers with 5-litre packs give the lowest cost per use.
- Mount at about elbow to chest height, near entrances and not above electrical sockets or heaters.
Current range and prices
Our sanitizer dispensers range and prices change with stock and raw material costs, so we confirm them for your exact quantity. Ask for the current price list and we reply with sizes, specifications and delivery time.
Manual or automatic dispenser?
| Type | Advantages | Drawbacks | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manual wall-mounted push | Low cost, no batteries, simple to refill | Shared push button needs regular cleaning | Offices, shops, schools |
| Touch-free sensor (wall) | No contact, controlled dose | Batteries or power needed, higher price | Clinics, washrooms, busy entrances |
| Floor stand (manual foot pedal or sensor) | Can be moved, no drilling | Takes floor space | Events, receptions, rented premises |
| Pump bottle on a counter | Cheapest start, no fitting | Easy to remove or misplace | Small counters, homes |
Where should dispensers go?
- At every public entrance, where people stop to open the door.
- At reception counters and cash points.
- Outside meeting rooms, classrooms and canteens.
- In clinics, at the entrance of each consultation room and at the point of care.
- Not directly above electrical sockets, heaters or in direct sunlight, because the sanitizer is flammable.
Refilling without contamination
Do not top up a half-empty refillable reservoir. Use it up, rinse and dry it, then refill from a sealed 5-litre pack. Write the refill date and batch number on a label stuck to the dispenser so you can trace any problem. Sealed cartridge dispensers avoid this step but cost more per use.
Frequently asked questions
How many dispensers does an office need?
As a starting point, one at each entrance, one at reception, one per floor near the lifts or stairs, and one outside each meeting room or canteen. Busy entrances may need two so people do not queue.
Can I use gel in an automatic dispenser?
Some sensor dispensers are made for liquid or spray and clog with thick gel. Tell us the dispenser model and we supply sanitizer that suits it.
How long does a battery-powered dispenser run?
It depends on the model and how often it is used. Check the manufacturer's figure and keep spare batteries, because an empty dispenser at a busy entrance means no hand hygiene.
