Hygiene supplies for offices
An office needs sanitizer where people pause, soap at every sink, a refill routine and a simple cleaning schedule for shared surfaces. We supply hand sanitizer in 5-litre refill packs, dispensers, masks and gloves for offices, with same-day delivery in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
At a glance
- Dispensers at entrances, reception, lift lobbies and meeting rooms.
- Plan about 2.5 ml per use: 20 staff using it 6 times a day need about 6.6 litres a month.
- Keep a box of masks at reception for visitors and anyone with a cough.
- Wipe door handles, lift buttons and shared desks daily.
Where to place hygiene points
| Location | What to put there |
|---|---|
| Main entrance | Wall or stand dispenser, sign asking visitors to clean hands |
| Reception | Pump bottle or dispenser, box of masks, tissues and a lidded bin |
| Lift lobby or stairs on each floor | Wall dispenser |
| Meeting rooms | Dispenser outside the door, alcohol wipes for the table |
| Pantry or canteen | Soap at the sink, paper towels, sanitizer at the entrance |
| Washrooms | Liquid soap, paper towels; sanitizer outside, not instead of soap |
A simple weekly routine
- Daily: refill dispensers, wipe high-touch surfaces, empty lidded bins.
- Weekly: check stock against use, wipe dispenser push plates and sensors, check expiry dates.
- Monthly: reorder from the use figure, review any empty-dispenser complaints.
Supporting staff who are unwell
Encourage people with a fever or bad cough to stay home or work remotely. If they must come in, offer a mask at reception. This reduces sickness absence far more than extra cleaning products.
Frequently asked questions
Who should be responsible for refills?
Name one person, often the office administrator, and give them a reorder point, such as when only one 5-litre pack remains.
Should we buy automatic dispensers?
Manual dispensers suit most offices. Automatic ones are worth it at very busy entrances or where staff prefer no-touch use.
