What we collect

When you use the order form we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery city, optional organisation name, the products you ask about and your message. We email you a copy of the details you sent.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, quote, arrange delivery and keep a record of your order. Your mobile number is shared with the delivery rider for your order. We do not sell your information.

How it is protected

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Staff passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and uploaded files are kept outside the public website.

Website statistics

We count page visits by page address and date only, with no cookie, IP address or personal identifier.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact page.
